Our main priority is ensuring our lovely customers are satisfied with our products. If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us through email (email@example.com) or our social media accounts within 30 days after receiving the item to request a refund/return or exchange.
Returning/Exchanging Damaged or Broken Items:
You may only return a damaged product (or packaging) upon delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you have received it- Unworn, unused, and with the tags and original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send us an image that clearly shows the damaged/broken item/s and describes their issues. If you cannot send a photo, let us know, and we'll gladly help!
Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please return the products with the original packaging intact; otherwise, they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.
Exceptions for Return/Exchange:
Personalized items, special orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your jewelry.
Before sending back the item, please contact us first through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our social media accounts so we can provide you with excellent assistance.
Once your request for a return/refund is approved, we will send you a return shipping label through email that you can attach to the package that you'll send back to us.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned product and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will refund the amount you paid automatically, excluding the shipping fee on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
When asking for a replacement item, please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.
Exchanging a product is limited to one time only.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label through email that you can attach to the package you will send back to us. And when the item has been verified and inspected, we will send you a replacement piece.
