What should I expect when I order?
Within 10 minutes of completing your order and seeing the order confirmation page, you will receive a receipt/order confirmation email. If you do not receive it right away, please also check your spam folder. It is important to double-check the information entered on your respective forms (e.g., email address and shipping address) to ensure that your order is processed correctly on our end.
To ensure your keepsakes arrive on time, at the right address, and to the right person, within 3 minutes of your order, you may receive a text message and/or a phone call from our customer satisfaction team, who will verify your order details with you.
Once your order is be placed, it is processed within 24 hours. This temporary hold will allow for any changes or cancellations requested by our customers.
Within the following business day (unless you order on the weekend), you will receive a follow-up email confirming your order’s shipment. In that email, you will receive your tracking number and a link to track the entire process from packing to delivery at your doorstep.
Our packages are delivered thru our trusted provider: USPS using priority shipping or express shipping when chosen.
The time frame for delivering your orders will vary depending on your location. It may take 3-5 business days in most cases and, in some cases, up to 2-3 weeks for personalized orders.
Please be advised that shipments made outside the United States shall undergo customs clearance upon arrival at the destination. These arrangements may delay the arrival of your products beyond the given delivery commitment and in some cases, could include additional costs such as import duties and/or VAT.
Our main priority is ensuring our lovely customers are satisfied with every purchase. If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us through email ([email protected]) or our social media accounts within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.
Returning/Exchanging Damaged or Broken Items:
You may only return a damaged product (or packaging) upon delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you have received it- Unworn, unused, and with the tags and original packaging. You must also include your proof of purchase.
Please send us an image that clearly shows the damaged/broken item/s and describes their issues. If you cannot send a photo, let us know, and we'll gladly help!
Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please return the products with the original packaging intact; otherwise, they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.
Exceptions for Return/Exchange:
Personalized items, special orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your jewellery.
Return/Refund Procedure:
Before sending back an item, please contact us first through email at [email protected] or through our social media accounts so we can provide you with excellent assistance.
Once your request for a return/refund is approved, we will send you a return shipping label through email that you can attach to the package you'll send back to us.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned product and let you know when the refund is approved. If approved, we will send you an email with the in-store credit voucher with the same amount you paid for your items, excluding the shipping fee.
Exchange Procedure:
When asking for a replacement item, please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.
Product Exchanges are limited to one time only:
Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label through email that you can attach to the package you will send back to us. And when the item has been verified and inspected, we will send you a replacement piece.
