I do like the ring. It is shiny and very pretty. It is a little wide on the sides and I bought the wrong size but I have gotten a ring fitter in it is working just fine.

It's a lovely ring but I wanted it for my forefinger and ordered by that size. It only fits my ring finger. :(
I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of this necklace and the company’s customer service. My husband purchased it for me as a Christmas gift, and by the end of March it had stretched out so badly that it no longer resembled the original piece. I reached out to customer service and even provided photos showing the issue. While they claim to stand behind their products, their only solution was to offer me 20% off if I bought another necklace. That’s not a resolution—it’s asking me to spend more money on something that already failed within a few months. At this point, I have no confidence that a replacement wouldn’t have the same issue. For the price and the way this brand presents itself, I expected much better quality and support. Very upsetting experience overall.
