General Return Conditions
For any return or exchange to be accepted, the item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including tags).

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Returns & Exchanges: What You Need to Know
1. Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Send us a photo or video showing the incorrect item.
✅ Solution: We’ll arrange a free exchange (no refunds available for incorrect items).
2. Wrong Size Ordered
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Within 3 days of receiving your order: Free exchange.

After 3 days: You may still request an exchange, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs and any other applicable fees.
✅ Solution: We’ll provide a return shipping label and, once received and inspected, send you the correct size (subject to availability). Refunds are not available for size issues.
3. Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us as soon as possible:

Within 7 days: You may qualify for a full refund after our review.

8 to 30 days: We can offer an exchange (based on availability) or store credit.
Send us a photo or video of the damaged item to begin the process.

Order Accuracy & Address Verification
Please double-check your order details and shipping address in the confirmation email. If there are any errors, notify us right away so we can make any necessary changes before your order is fulfilled. Once shipped, address changes or incorrect item claims will be delayed and may result in additional shipping fees.
