Preparation, pickup and delivery are different stages

Preparation time depends on the piece you choose. Being packed and ready for carrier pickup is different from the carrier collecting the parcel or delivering it to you.

In-stock pieces in Evansville

In-stock sterling silver and stainless steel orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Evansville local time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays, are picked, packed and ready for carrier pickup that operating day. Orders placed after the cutoff are prepared the next business day. This applies to stock on hand, not items awaiting replenishment. Carrier collection and arrival are separate.

Made-to-order solid 14K gold

Solid 14K gold jewelry is made to order and typically takes 7–10 calendar days from purchase to packed. This is a typical preparation range, not a guaranteed maximum. Carrier pickup and delivery transit take additional time.
